Ivy Gate is a personal and bespoke estate agency business set up in 2013 by Founder Jason Tebb and serial entrepreneur James Caan. The business offers a pioneering new model for estate agency in the UK, with experienced individuals operating in territories rather than from conventional high street offices. The business opened in May 2013, at a launch event in Warren House, Kingston . In December the business won the 'Estate Agency of the Year' award for 'Best Newcomer' sponsored by Zoopla and the Sunday TImes. Its founder, Jason Tebb, regularly comments on the London property market in popular newspapers The Times, the Evening Standard, and the Metro. The business is backed by private equity firm Hamilton Bradshaw. |
