Ivie Temitayo-Ibitoye

Ivie Temitayo-Ibitoye (born Ivie Martins Ogbonmwan), is a Nigerian public speaker, writer, and human resources personnel. She is currently a career editor at BellaNaija and Heads the Human Resources at Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie. She is the founder of Work in Nigeria, a talent recruitment and Human Capital development consultancy firm.
In 2019, The Guardian named her, as one of Nigeria's Most Inspiring Women in 2019 on it list of 100 most inspiring women.
Education
Ivie graduated with an L.L.B from the University of Benin and also holds a Bachelor of Law from the Nigerian Law School.

Conference
On 10 March 2018, she was at Running in Heels conference in Lagos, where they highlighted diverse professionals who presented available possible mediums for working women to break records and excel in their chosen career fields. She also spoke on Human Resources to mentor business executives at the 2 days intense mentoring session in Lagos, alongside Sam Adeyemi, Richard Mofe-Damijo, Iwu Akinyoyenu, Ubong King and Emmanuel Utomi at Niyi Adesanya's Leadership Bootcamp. On 5 February 2019, she spoke at Social Media Week Lagos on how you can stand out & make an impact in your career alongside Afua Osei.
On 23 March 2019, she was among the speakers at The Business Women Connect (TBWC) in Warri, where she motivated business starters alongside Matse Uwatse, Ejiro Amos Tafiri. On 19 October 2019, she spoke at LagosMums 6th annual parenting conference & exhibition in Lagos. On 13 November 2019, she also spoke at ELOY 2019 alongside Charles O'Tudor, Tewa Onasanya, among others.
On 21 February 2020, she was among the panelists of TheFocusedLife Submit, where she spoke alongside Olawale Ayilara, John Obidi, Bankole Williams, among others. She spoke on her experience and transition from working for a business to owning one in Nigeria.

In 2020, The Lord’s Dry Gin honoured her with the Lord's Achievers Award alongside, Broda Shaggi, Segun Awosanya, Adenrele Sonariwo, Tokunbo Adetona, among others.
In 2019, The Guardian Woman magazine released its list of 100 Most Inspiring Women in Nigeria by Leading Ladies Africa in partnership with YNaija.
