Issues of Risk Analysis is a Russian scientific and practical journal on risk analysis. It includes interdisciplinary scientific and application materials on analysis of risks of various origin and nature: financial, anthropogenic, insurance, political, natural, environmental, etc. It is the official journal of the Expert Council of the Russian Emergency Ministry and the Russian Scientific Society of Risk Analysis. The journal is included in the list of publications recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia (HAC) for publication of doctoral theses and candidates of science dissertations. The journal has been published quarterly in Russian since 2005. From 2011, the journal is published in Russian and English. The editor-in-chief is Andrey Bykov (vice-president of the Russian Scientific Society of Risk Analysis).
