Island Scene Magazine Island Scene is HMSA's health and wellness magazine delivered quarterly to the households of HMSA’s 700,000 members. The magazine debuted in 1992 and is the widest-circulated health magazine in Hawaii. Island Scene features articles on fitness, nutrition, recipes, and health plan information as part of HMSA’s overall mission to promote healthy communities, help members lead a healthy lifestyle, reduce their risks of chronic diseases, and contain rising health care costs. Island Scene Online includes new articles and recipes posted bi-monthly, expanded content from the magazine, and current and archived issues of the magazine. |
