Islamic Republic of Iran Army Day () is anniversary of Army Day of Iran. The Iranian Government makes a show of military force during the day and display new domestic weapons and foreign defense technologies. All branches of Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, set to display the strength of the country's military forces. Former Supreme leader of Iran named 18 April as Army Day and called for military parade in order to re-express their allegiance to government of Iran and for the Iranian nation and exhibit their preparation to defend the territorial integrity of the country. The Iranian military honors the country's National Army Day by annual military parading in many cities of Iran every 18th day of April. The biggest march, hold in front of the mausoleum of Ruhollah Khomeini. See Also
