ISL Online Communications

ISL Online Communications is a common brand name (trademark) of Slovenian software producer Xlab d.o.o. based in Ljubljana. ISL Online Communications product family incorporates on-demand desktop sharing, remote support, remote access, web conferencing, videoconferencing, online meeting and web collaboration applications. Its first product for remote support "ISL Light" was launched in 2003 and has since then been used by more than 25.000 users in over 100 countries. Other products, newly developed by Xlab include "ISL AlwaysOn", "ISL Pronto" and "ISL Groop".

Services

ISL Online Communications products are built around a proprietary ISL Grid Network technology, a global platform for B2B and B2C communication. Its achitecture is fault tolerant, includes geographically load-balancing mechanisms, distributed session roaming and is independant of the central server.

ISL Online Communications programs are primarily designed for business processes such as online support, live sales and marketing, remote work, web meetings and e-learning. All data connections within ISL Online Communications business solutions are encrypted with secure SSL Communications protocol.

*ISL AlwaysOn – solution for remote access and PC control, used to access unattended computers and servers, currently in public beta test.
*ISL Pronto – software for accelerating online sales and giving live presentations to website visitors, currently in public beta test.
*ISL Groop – advanced online rich media collaboration and interactive meetings tool, currently in public beta test.
