Irena Janjic is an Australian professional wrestler, better known by the ring name Leah West. In March 2010, she was signed by WWE and sent to WWE's developmental territory Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW), where she debuted under the ring name Leah West. Early life Janjic graduated from college in Australia with a bachelor's degree in law and finance and worked as a banker. Professional wrestling career World Wrestling Entertainment/WWE (2010-2011) Florida Championship Wrestling (2010-2011) In March 2010, she was signed by WWE to a developmental contract following a tryout. On 22 June, she made her Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW) debut at a house show in Orlando, Florida where she and Caylee Turner faced Sonia and Audrey Marie. In July 2011, her ring name was changed to Leah West. On October 9, 2010, episode of FCW Televison, West made her debut losing to Naomi whom was accompanied by Cameron Lynn and Byron Saxton to ringside. On October 16, 2011 episode of FCW Televison, West challenged Audrey Marie for FCW Divas Championship but was unsuccessful in winning the title. On November 11 episode of FCW Televison, West competed in a six-Divas tag team match teaming with Raquel Diaz and Caylee Turner in a losing effort to the team of Ivelisse Velez, Audrey Marie and Cameron Lynn after Lynn pinned West. In December 2011, Janjic was released from her WWE contract. Wrestling in Australia In 2012, Irena returned to her home state of Queensland, Australia and debuted on the local circuit under her real name for Impact Pro Wrestling Australia. In April 2012, Irena announced that she was changing her ring name to Alex Lee and bookings for PWAQ in Brisbane and PWWA in Sydney had been added to her list of appearances. On May 11, at PWAQ's Rise of the Warriors 6 event, Irena won the Queensland Women's Championship after facing Sara Jay and Storm. She was the last reigning women's champion before the company closed. In October 2012, at PWWA's Annual all-women's show, Irena beat Siren Munroe via pinfall. In March 2012, Irena competed in the PWWA tournament to crown the new inter-rim women's champion against Kellie Skater. She lost and moved to Japan.
