Ionel Istrati is a Moldovan singer.He began singing from when he was just a boy and began taking the job seriously from when he was only 8 years old.Ionel sings different styles from ballad to RNB and also likes classical music.In 2009 he performed his single "Uita-ma" during the break of the national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest but did not actually take part.However this year his song "Wait" was chosen amongst the 25 finalist songs in Moldova.
