Angelika Vee

Angelica Vasilcov, who goes by the stage name of Angelika Vee, is a 23-year old singer-songwriter born in Moldova. She moved to Romania as a teen to study piano at the Music University of Bucharest. She has been studying piano for 15 years, writing music from a very young age and winning several national and international competitions as a singer and songwriter.
Angelika started posting videos on YouTube under the user name AngelicaV1 in 2006 to get some feedback on her voice, she started getting lots of requests and blew up online gaining over 20 million video views.
2009 was a big year for Angelika as she entered a online singing contest called Music Mogul which was run by music producer Rodney Jerkins (Darkchild) who had produced songs for all of Angelika Idols. Rodney later flew Angelika to LA for the finals where she performed at the House of Blues in LA.
Angelika posted a new song 'Guale' which she wrote herself and co-produced the song with Vanotek and Sorin. The song on-line this summer which created a mega buzz which lead to the song being played on Major radio stations around Europe. Angelika did a lot of interviews around the time to promote the single.
Angelika is currently in Los Angles working on her début album.
