Invertika is a german open source 2D Massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) which is inspired by the old SNES games like Zelda. The project is licensed under GPL. History Founded in the year 2008 by seeseekey the project develop a huge game world, which currently includes over 2700 maps. Gameplay Invertika is inspired from old SNES role play games like Zelda or Secret of Evermore. The game graphic is 2D and the game language is german. In Invertika exists only one rule, that no rule exist. Player versus Player is always active (with exceptions on two maps). The player has the freedom to do what he wants. Project The Invertika project has over ten developers which create graphics, music, maps, scripts and more for the game world. As base for the client and the server Invertika use manaserv and mana from the ManaSource project. |
