Intype

Intype is a general-purpose GUI text editor for Microsoft Windows, created by Martin Cohen and in January 2006.

Intype is easily extensible and customizable, thanks in part to its support for language themes, bundles and snippets. Scripting and native plug-ins are planned for a future version. This makes development in any programming or scripting language quick and easy.

Much like TextMate, Intype uses snippets, bundles, syntax coloring themes, grammars and other customizable elements to make a powerful and intuitive code editor. Although Intype uses the same terminology as TextMate, it is a completely different editor; TextMate bundles, snippets and themes are incompatible with Intype, although converters exist.
