Structure International Alert's current Secretary General is Harriet Lamb. The organisation is led by a Board of Trustees made up of eleven members from around the world, and a four-person Senior Management Team. It is divided into teams working on peacebuilding and development issues in Africa, South and Southeast Asia, Central Asia, the South Caucasus, Latin America, Europe and the Middle East and North Africa.
