Integrated Biomolecule Corporation is a drug development and analytical chemistry services company located in Oro Valley, Arizona, a northern suburb of Tucson. It was founded in 1992 and is privately owned. They have two operating divisions. IBC Labs provides development and analytical support to companies developing pharmaceuticals and diagnostics including small molecules and biologics. Included are services provided under Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). It also provides analytical services for nutritional supplements and industrial companies, including defense contractors and companies manufacturing consumer products. Instrumentation includes several mass spectrometry and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) systems. IBC Organics engages in the research, development, and synthesis of organic compounds. While most work is conducted on a custom basis, it routinely produces galactose-1-phosphate (G-1-P) used in research and diagnostics.
