Infosim is a privately owned corporation, headquartered in Germany. The regional headquarters of Infosim Asia Pacific is located in Singapore.

Infosim markets and sells its products through network of sales channels that include distributors located in Europe, Asia and America. Infosim's customers include service providers, government agencies, insurance companies, educational institutes and manufacturing companies.
StableNet

Infosim was founded in 2001 and has since been developing the Service Level Management and Service Assurance software StableNet. StableNet provides real-time end-to-end visibility and accurate troubleshooting. It includes:

StableNet adheres to many concepts laid out by the Next Generation OSS Model (NGOSS).

Technology

StableNet is based on a Service Oriented Architecture. The lower layers are implemented in C++. Upper layers use a combination of JEE and JSE. StableNet provides a web based interface (pure HTML, no Java or Flash) and a rich client interface. Polling agents provide geographic scalability and redundancy.
