IndiaLends , a finance and technology start-up is an online marketplace, which has created an apt platform to avail long-term or short-term loans at a negotiable rate of interest. With a company strength consisting of 35 people, the company led by its founders, has been striving to establish itself as a trustworthy and free provider of loan service. The company was founded in 2014 by Gaurav Chopra and Mayank Kachhwaha and is headquartered in New Delhi, India. In October 2015, IndiaLends received US$1 million.
History
The history of the inception of IndiaLends dates back to 2014, when Gaurav Chopra, alumnus of London Business School, and Mayank Kachhwaha, alumnus of IIT Madras, started a professional collaboration at CapitalOne in London. Identifying a market opportunity to create a benchmark in the lending and financial industry in India, the pair left their jobs and instead, set up their headquarters in Delhi. The main agenda that was thoroughly undertaken by the company was to establish a well-integrated financial network of lenders, borrowers and even multiple brokers, who would receive and give loans in a hassle-free manner.
The company is pivoted around the constant upgradation and multiple technicalities related to market management, effective business algorithms, credit risks, retail banking and risk management.

IndiaLends uses a proprietary algorithm that aggregates information from multiple data sources such as the credit bureau, the application form, and social networks to match loan requirements, from loan applicants with potential lenders. With staffs and management professionals adept in disbursing an exact loan amount according to market valuations, the company takes pride in conforming to the productive strategies of registration, verification of consumer details and the steady approval of loans for the clients.
