ICER Brands

The Company

ICER Brands, LLC is a company that collaborates with existing brands in order to license, market, and do product development for those brands. The company was founded in 1999, and is currently located in Manhattan, NY U.S.A.

The CEO of ICER Brands was also the founder and CEO of Nobody Beats the Wiz, a $1.2 Billion business, which was sold to Cablevision in 1998.



The Portfolio


In 2002, ICER Brands teamed up with UNK NBA, and created a licensing company called LGH III. LGH III now carries the UNK NBA label, which offers NBA inspired pieces including: Men's jeans, headwear, t-shirts, outerwear, big & tall, children's, & athletic wear.


In April of 2004, ICER Brands entered into a partnership with multi-platinum recording artist Nelly. ICER Brands created a division called Picked Fresh, LLC, which exists as the sole licensing company for the Apple Bottoms brand. The company assisted Apple Bottoms, by helping to expand the brand from a jeans company, to a fashion brand that now includes: apparel, swimwear, sunglasses, optical frames, lingerie, shoes, handbags, outerwear, and girl’s apparel.


In August 2008, ICER Brands entered into a partnership with EckoRed Juniors, which is the junior's division of the existing brand Ecko. ICER Brands is now an eckored junior's licensee, and they will be developing, designing, and marketing the line.




The Name


The company’s name “ICER”, is an acronym for Integrity, Customer, Excellence, & Respect.
