Hunter Skinner

Hunter Skinner (born April 29, 2001) is an American ice hockey defenseman currently playing for the Hartford Wolf Pack of the American Hockey League while as a prospect for the New York Rangers. Career Skinner was drafted by the Rangers in the 4th round, 122nd overall, of the 2019 NHL Entry Draft. He won a gold medal playing for the United States at the 2021 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships. He began his pro career in 2020 appearing in 26 games for the Utah Grizzlies of the ECHL, scoring 7 goals and recording 10 assists. He signed his first pro contract with the Rangers in 2021 and was immediately assigned to the Hartford Wolf Pack. |
