Kyle Jean (born March 1, 1990) is an American professional ice hockey player. He is currently playing with the Hartford Wolf Pack of the American Hockey League (AHL). Prior to turning professional, Jean attended the Lake Superior State University where he played two seasons (2010-12) of NCAA college hockey with the , scoring 13 goals and 25 assists for 38 points, and earning 99 penalty minutes, in 77 games played. On July 5, 2012, the New York Rangers of the National Hockey League signed Jean as a free agent to a two-year entry-level contract. He was assigned to play the 2012-13 season in the American Hockey League with the Connecticut Whale where he skated in 73 games, registering 9 goals and 14 assists for 23 points, along with 47 penalty minutes, in his first professional season.
