Howard Panes is an entrepreneur known for co-founding LOGIC Technology Development LLC, the 3rd largest private e-cigarette company, in the United States prior to its acquisition by Japan Tobacco in 2015. Panes, a long-time fitness trainer from Short Hills, New Jersey, founded LOGIC in 2010 with an initial investment of $20,000. The company started in a 600 square foot warehouse in a New Jersey strip mall. LOGIC went over $100 million in sales within 18 months. In November 2016, Panes launched a Kickstarter campaign for a new fitness technology called Stealth Core Trainer, which combines fitness with gaming. Panes was featured on The Henry Ford's Innovation Nation television program (hosted by Mo Rocca) to talk about the development of Stealth Core Trainer in May 2018. Panes is an avid car collector with a near-$15 million collection of rare and exotic hypercars.
