Hotel Okura Amsterdam is a five-star hotel in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, which includes two restaurants with Michelin stars, the two-star Ciel Bleu and one-star Yamazato.

The hotel is located on the Amstel river, two blocks from the Amsterdam RAI Exhibition and Convention Centre.

It has 300 rooms, including the suite which won the 2014 World Travel Awards Netherlands' Leading Hotel Suite award. There is also a spa.
Dining
There are four restaurants that have all been awarded by Michelin. The Ciel Bleu Restaurant, awarded two Michelin stars, is located on the 23rd floor and offers a panoramic view over Amsterdam. Fodors says it is "resolutely for those with chubby pocketbooks and expansive palates". At the Chef’s Table you can get a personal view of the chef and kitchen brigade at work. There are international specialties at the Serre Restaurant - inspired by Ciel Bleu. In summer, it offers a terrace on the Amstel Canal. There are also two Japanese restaurants: the traditional Yamazato Restaurant was awarded one Michelin star and praised for "meticulous and friendly service". Teppanyaki Restaurant Sazanka serves teppanyaki cookery. The Taste of Okura cooking studio offers instruction in Japanese cookery.
Reviews
Lonely Planet praises its views, restaurants, and spa. Fodors also praises the "dazzling" dining options. Time Out characterises its decor as "very smart" and "masculine", aimed at "captains of industry".
The World Travel Awards awarded it 2010 Netherlands' Leading Business Hotel and 2014 Netherlands' Leading Hotel Suite.
