History
HorrorNews.net was launched in late 2008 under the direction of moniker Michael Bonedigger
HorrorNews.net is ranked and listed in the top 100,000 web sites according to (public web analytic sites) Alexa, and Compete.com and has held the top listing in search engines for "Horror News" since 2008.
In 2009, the site recruited advertisers Media Mayhem to draw in relevant advertising to the site. Media Mayhem was later replaced by Gorilla Nation when they closed the doors on their business
In 2010, the site was restructured into a blog format movie database enlisting the input of over 60 writers contributing to its base.
In 2010, HorrorNews.net began hosting a weekly podcast radio program titled Podcasts from Hell. The radio show regularly features celebrity talent.
In 2011, HorrorNews.net added a weekly all-female horror genre driven radio show titled "The Gash". Both radio shows are on temporary hiatus.
HorrorNews.net has occasionally covered the wrestling arena making the connection between horror and wrestling. Recent talents include interviews with Jesse Ventura and a controversial interview with wrestling legend Austin Idol that started an online debate.
