Hornsey Central Neighbourhood Health Centre

Hornsey Central Neighbourhood Health Centre was officially opened on Friday 25 September 2009 by Ara Darzi, Baron Darzi of Denham in a ceremony also attended by Ruth Carnall, Chief Executive of NHS London and opera singer and media personality Lesley Garrett . The Centre is operated by NHS Haringey and was designed and constructed by Elevate Partnerships Ltd.
Commissioned by NHS Haringey, the Centre provides local healthcare services to the population of the London Borough of Haringey, including GPs at the Queenswood Medical Practice, physiotherapy, podiatry, phlebotomy, sexual health clinic, pharmacy, speech & language therapy, music therapy and the Dementia Day Care Centre, run by the Lewis and Mary Haynes Trust and Haringey Council
