Real estate services Homepie offers several free services for buyers and sellers, including online listings, a home value estimator and technology that walks a consumer through the process. This includes required legal disclosures, and all other paperwork needed for property transactions, which are available for free to consumers on Homepie.com. Homepie also offers other real estate selling and buying products and services for a flat fee, such as For Sale signs, marketing programs, photo and video services, etc. Founding Launched in January 2020, Homepie listed more than 100 properties within its first 30 days of launch. Identity Protection For identity protection and safety, Homepie deploys IDLive Face technology from Zenoo, which uses passive facial liveness, allowing sellers to verify the identities of potential buyers before the buyers tour their property. Homepie is the first company to use ID R&D passive liveness technology, according to Biometric Update.
