HoltCorp Pty Ltd is an Australian based investment company that predominantly invests in technology and insurance based ventures in Australia and some parts of Europe. HoltCorp was founded on 16 May 1998 by its current CEO Mr Daniel Glenn Holt II, nephew of the late Mr Harold Edward Holt.
The company experienced multiple legal battles between organisations and clients that damaged their relationships with various industries.HoltCorp enforces complex privacy and non disclosure contracts that prevent the company’s clients from disclosing any information about HoltCorp or its invested interests. In 2003 the Australian Federal Police began an investigation suspecting the company of tax fraud and involvement in organised crime. Mr Holt claims the privacy is necessary for the protection of his family and denies all criminal involvement.
