Mr Holt guided the multi enterprising company through massive expansion across Australia with international offices in Europe and America. The company has a predicted worth of 1.1 Billion Dollars (US) and was voted in 2004 by BRW magazine as one of the most successful privately owned company in Australia. The Holt family is known for their silent partnerships and privacy in the business world for reasons that are unknown.
