Holden Young (born Erik Holden Sproul June 16, 1982) is a singer/songwriter from Maine. He has released two independent compact discs: his debut Not Much and Everything featuring members of Karl Denson's Tiny Universe and Nashville's Musik Mafia, and his latest releaseSteps To The Top with his band the Holden Young Trio(HY3).
Biography
Growing up in Maine, Young knew the world as a beautiful place, meant to be preserved. He has since moved through Boston (where he graduated from Berklee College of Music), Nashville (recorded first album in 2005, Not Much & Everything) & currently resides in Boulder, Colorado. With 15 years of guitar study alongside 6 years of piano & 2 years studying world rhythms & percussion, Holden Young has a very unique style not to be missed.
