Company Structure and History
Holbi is a group of companies (DataLink UK Ltd., Bullseye Media, Kayako Solutions, WebRetail365, UnlimitedNewsleter, Holbi-WebHat, Holbi Hosting Solutions and Holbi-Support) and a provider of custom eCommerce solutions for small and medium retail businesses. Bullseyemedia, a sister-company of Holbi runs SEO.CO.UK as of 1 January 2012 - a top SEO agency in the UK.
Holbi had started to operate under four different names: NewBT, Trisphera, Trianic and B2Services back in 2000 with an emphasis on custom eCommerce solutions since 2002. On15th November 2005 the four small firms were merged into a single brand DataLink UK Ltd. The company’s portfolio was extended with DataLink software in 2006 to integrate eCommerce platforms with ERP and accounting systems. In 2008 BullseyeMedia joined Holbi to offer Online Marketing, SEO, PPC, Email and Social marketing services to online retailers in the UK, Europe, USA , Australia and the Pacific region.
The company has recently launched HolbiGroup - a 'hub' web site with references to all the businesses that are part of the Holbi group of companies.
Location
Headquartered in Pinner, Greater London, UK Holbi runs its offices in a number of overseas locations. There's an office in Swindon, Wiltshire, UK and a Development Centre in Kharkiv, Ukraine. The European Centre is in Prague, Czech Republic and the office in the USA is about to open in the nearest future.
Services and technologies
The services of the company encompass eCommerce design, development and consultancy services to online retailers, manufacturers and businesses. Particularly, Holbi specialises in eCommerce integration with accounting software, working with the greater part of open source eCommerce platforms, among which are osCommerce, Magento, Zen Cart, CRE Loaded and many others.
Products
Among the core products of the company are - a hosted ERP solution, TrueLoaded - an osCommerce-based multiple frontend platform, WebHat - a high-class content management system, Amazon connector - a module integrating the Amazon Marketplace with a variety of shopping carts and eBay connector - another integration solution synchronising the eBay Marketplace with online stores.

Holbi is an osCommerce Gold Sponsor and the staff of the company are Google AdWords qualified (Reporting and Analysis; Search Advertising, Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ)), ITIL and NLP certified (professional Sales training). The director of operations Vlad Malyshev is certified in IBR MBA, Strategic Enterprise Management. Since 2006 Holbi has been a member of the Sage Development Programme.
Staff
By January 2012 Holbi has had over 60 people on board based in the UK, Ukraine, Russia, Czech Republic, Italy and the USA.
