Hobby Bench is a hobby store chain in the United States. Hobby Bench used to have stores in many states. The company has been forced to close a number of their branches, however, usually restocking remaining stores with merchandise left over from closed branches. As of February 2008, their former website carries only advertising links on hobby-related subjects. Hobby Bench caters both to male and female collectors, and the store sells different collectible items, ranging from train sets to dolls, usually of brands that would otherwise be rare to find in the United States, such as Buby, Airfix and Schabak. Hobby Bench still has a strong market presence in some areas of the United States. Phoenix, Arizona and its surrounding suburbs have four Hobby Bench stores. |
