Hillard, retired Superintendent of the Chicago Police Department (CPD), and Arnette F. Heintze, retired Special Agent in Charge of the U.S. Secret Service’s Chicago Field Office and an ex-Fortune 100 director of security.
In August, 2009, Inc. Magazine named Hillard Heintze one of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States, ranking the company #242 on its 2009 Inc. 500 list based on the company’s three-year growth rate of 892.3%.
