Heroine Bob and the Isrealites
|
Heroin Bob and the Isrealites is a book written by Travis Smith, a current student of Medford Area Senior High School, In Medford, WI. The Book follows a some what obscure and troubled character Heroin Bob, whos past is as unclear as his future in a story of philosophy, quasi-psychodelic epiphanies, and good old fashion metal. Since first contacted, Travis Smith has made $12,000 alone on the signing deal with Brooks Publishing. Smith has hinted at a surprising background for the anti-hero: An office clerk. Not many more details have come out yet, but it seems that the book is part of a trilogy.
Heroin Bob is considered to be a drugged-up psycho, but in some parts of the book, you can see hints of an honorable upbringing. This is obvious when Heroin Bob refuses to steal from anyone but a thief, and refuses to kill anyone but killers, in the third chapter. He has a strict code of ethics and morals, that he can just barely cling to, even in the face of death.
