Henry de Vries, born May 13, 1967 in Zutphen, Netherlands, has been missing since 27 November 2013. Henry de Vries left around 7:00 am from home on his way to work in Houten. He had an appointment at 08:00. At around half past eight, his cell phone, which he always keeps switched on, was turned off and since then nobody has spoken with him. His secretary tried to call him to report that his appointment was around quarter to 8, but it remained unanswered. At 9.45 or thereabouts, a black Audi A6 like that driven by De Vries was seen at an unmanned petrol station on the dunkdalfweg in Almere. He only purchased 22.96 Euros worth of petrol. There were two witnesses reports, but the police have not commented further on the matter. The family has set up a Facebook page in the hope of finding information on his whereabouts. In addition, the family has offered a reward of 10,000 Euros awarded for a tip leading to them finding De Vries.
