Haya Hisayo

Haya Hisayo is the well-known Calamari Boss in Katekyo Hitman Reborn! Her cool and level personality is often linked to that of Hibari Kyoya's, who, incidentally, becomes her love interest.
Looks: Her character design is stylized and yet dramatic. She is seen wearing an open black jacket with long sleeves with a plain white tank top underneath. Along with signature "skinny jeans" as Gin Masa refers to them as, she is shown wearing knee-high black boots. Her sword is always belted at her side, but sometimes when she feels no threat she is not with it. Her long brown hair has side bangs that are usually pinned back for when she fights, and her violet eyes seem to change at points. When in climax points they appear to be a dark, almost flat black. In others, when she is more happy and up-lifting, they look lilac in appearnace. But for the most part, they are a regular violet/purple. Some have said this is on purpose becuase of Hibari's Cloud Ring being purple. This has not been proven or wronged.
Personality: Haya's past is difficult, becuase of the her father being in the mafia business. After witnessing his and her mother's murders at age five, she vowed to hunt down their killer(s), who had been hooded at the time. Thus, the cold and distant Haya Hisayo was born. She is ruthlessly strong, and as Reborn commented, "Her skills could easily rival those of Hibari Kyoya." Deep down, Haya admits to being scared sometimes and wanting to trust more people, but finds this hard after what she has been through. Outwardly brave and never backing down, she is not afraid of Hibari or anyone else. Tsuna greatly admires this in her. Her pride, which she cherishes in a way, is one of her key points, but again, this is a weakness shown several times. This is linked to Hibari.
History: Haya's father was wealthy because of the dealings he made with the mafia, so she grew up for a short time in wealth. Haya's father discovered her attempting to learn how to play the grand piano, and soon taught her after seeing how determined she was. This is also one of Haya's strong points; but yet its also ne of her weaknesses. After her arents were killed she went to live with her uncle, who lived in Sicily. There, after her asking repeatdly, he taught her how to fight until she mastered the sword. But then, she was already gathering subordinates for her family, having been contacted by the current Calamari Boss that she had been chosen.
