Britain's Got Talent
Mondryk first auditioned for Britain's Got Talent in 2007 with his brother Max Mondryk. They performed a rendition of I Will Follow Him from Sister Act. Despite getting three yes votes and making it through to the next round, they failed to make it through to the live semi finals. Mondryk auditioned for a second time in 2009. He sang Sorry Seems to be the Hardest Word by Elton John. He impressed three of the judges, but Simon Cowell wasn’t bowled over by the performance. He once again failed to make it through to the semi-finals.
Mondryk auditioned for the fourth time in 2010 with boyband Connected. In their audition, in Newcastle, which was screened in early May 2010, the boys sang 'I Want It That Way' by the Backstreet Boys. While Piers Morgan and Amanda Holden raved about the group, Simon Cowell wasn't as won over. He stated that the boys were '15 years out of date', and should have not impersonated a no-longer-relevant boyband. The boys sang another song which they had prepared, 'Ain't No Mountain High Enough' in order to win Cowell over. While Morgan and Holden voted 'yes', Cowell stood by what he said, saying that it is 'dated', they had been advised badly, but thought that they needed a bit of help. He eventually voted yes. The band were put through to the semi-finals.
In the semi-final, they sang 'No Boundaries' by Kris Allen. The boys managed to win over Cowell, saying that they now have a shot of winning. The boys found themselves in the judges vote between Neil Fullard. Morgan decided to vote them through. Holden decided to vote through Neil despite saying that she was a big fan of the boys. Cowell said that while he wanted to see both acts in the final, he eventually decided to go with Connected.
In the final, the boys sang Westlife's version of 'What About Now' by Daughtry. Morgan and Holden loved the performance, with Morgan even offering to manage them, however Cowell thought that they could have sang something different, saying that the song made them a 'mini tribute group'. Connected did not finish in the top three, and finished in 8th place, winning 4.8% of the vote. Mondryk had taken most of the solos in the band's performances.

Mondryk, along with the band are currently performing on the Britain's Got Talent tour.
