The Hadley Group (otherwise known as Hadley Industries Plc), is a privately owned multi-million pound company and is the largest British owned producer of cold rolled sections and allied products. Based in Smethwick, the Hadley Group has bases in the United Kingdom, Thailand, Germany, and Dubai. From its modest beginnings in 1964, the company developed rapidly, mainly due to an ability to design and supply swept curves to the automotive industry at levels of accuracy and consistency that had, until then, never been achieved. Today, the company employs around 450 people with an annual turnover around £100m. Annually, the company rolls more than 125,000 tonnes of steel. Business is carried out with 36 countries covering 5 continents. |
