Habilian Association is a Human Rights NGO in Iran. It is dedicated to families who have lost members due western- supported terrorist groups, such as the People's Mujahedin of Iran (Mujahedin-e Khalq MEK). They believe that the "Islamic Republic of Iran has been the biggest victim of terrorism", recording the names of over 17,000 innocent victims of violence, with 12,000 killed by the People’s Mujahedin of Iran "terrorist cult". They have met with many Iraqi officials as well as a number of European and American policy makers and journalists, and publicized the crimes of the MKO in Iran, Iraq, and some European countries. In an interview with Iran's Press TV, they also stated they believe MKO funnels arms and money to Syrian rebels and supports the Free Syrian Army. The Encyclopedia of Iranian Terror Victims Habilian Association published the encyclopedia of Iranian terror victims in 2011. On May 21, 2011, the encyclopedia was unveiled during a ceremony held on the sidelines of the International conference on Global Alliance against Terrorism for a Just Peace. A credible document showing that Iran is the victim of terrorism, the Encyclopedia of Iranian Terror Victims contains the names of 17159 Iranians assassinated by various terrorist groups since past thirty years. The number of assassinated martyrs of Iran increased to 17160, when representatives of Habilian Association (families of Iranian terror victims) paid a visit to Ahmadi-Roshan’s house and his mother wrote down the name of his only son at this Encyclopedia. Speaking on the sidelines of the ministerial meeting of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) in Tehran, Iran's Permanent Representative to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Ali Asqar Soltaniyeh announced that he plans to present a copy of the encyclopedia of the Iranian victims of terrorism to the UN. Rah-Nama Monthly Magazine To investigate and examine dimensions of terrorism together with informing people of various types of terrorist groups and organizations, Habilian publishes the first special journal in the area of terrorism, Rah Nama Monthly Magazine. Covering a wide range of topics from the study of terrorism to all the terrorist groups across the world, Rah-Nama magazine released 10 issues in 2012. Thailand Blasts Habilian interviewed noted American PressTV contributor Mark Dankof, who believes that MEK terrorists were responsible for bomb blasts in Thailand, and that the Iranian government could not be involved, nor in the Saudi Ambassador assassination plot that was blamed on Iran by the US. Dankof stated that a U.S. official had confirmed Israeli/MEK involvement in Thailand, and also in Iranian Azerbaijan, Khuzestan, Balochistan, and Khorasan provinces. Syria According to Director Seyyed Mohammad Javad Hasheminejad of the Habilian Association, up to 400 MEK members are Syria to create chaos and violence. He claimed “We have conclusive proof and documents showing that the MKO has a strong and significant presence in Syria. The terrorist group has begun carrying out acts of sabotage and terrorism against the Syrian government and nation, and has found major influence among Syrian rebels" in a meeting with the Syrian Ambassador to Tehran. He claims MKO funnels arms and money to Syrian rebels, and that the "anti-Iran terrorist organization" supports the Free Syrian Army
