Ha Thanh Lich

Ha Thanh Lich is a Vietnamese-American singer. Born in Saigon, she later emigrated to the United States and presently resides in California. She began her career as a vocal soloist of the church choir and night clubs and has pursued professional career in singing after being crowned championship in singging contest judged with all perfect scores in all catergories by the composers Pham Duy, Tuan Khanh and Tram Tu Thieng . Therefore, she is then named "Tiáº¿ng hát Khôi Nguyên meaning "epic" by the composers, judges. She specializes in performing the music of contemporary Vietnamese composers as well as American pop music. Now she writes songs with the music professor: Minh Quan, D. A. and dedicated these new songs to the public in the new albums in 2011.
In Vietnamese, Ha Thanh Lich has performed the music of Vietnamese composer Trinh Cong Son on the albums The Rosy Rain Mua Hong and Ha Trang: the White Summer and many other Vietnamese musicians like Pham Duy, Tran Thien Thanh, Thanh Trang, Duc Huy, Ngo Thuy Mien, Tu Cong Phung ... In English, she has performed popular American standards on her albums Somewhere, Memory, Power of Love and Promises.
