GZERO Media is a media outlet founded in 2017 by political scientist Ian Bremmer as a subsidiary of Eurasia Group, a political risk analysis firm. GZERO World with Ian Bremmer Television Show In each episode of GZERO World, Ian Bremmer shares his perspective on recent global events and interviews the world leaders, experts and newsmakers shaping today’s international politics. Episodes conclude with "Puppet Regime," a political satire series that features puppet versions of world leaders, including Donald Trump, Vladimir Putin, Angela Merkel, Kim Jong-Un, Mark Zuckerberg, and Elizabeth Warren, among others. “GZERO World” is distributed nationally by American Public Television, and “GZERO World with Ian Bremmer” debuted its second season on US public television nationwide on 5 July, 2019. It is also produced as a podcast. Funded by First Republic Bank and supported by Harold J. Newman and James and Merryl Tisch. It aims to explain a world in which there is no single country or group of countries that has ability and will, economically and politically, to drive a truly global agenda. The term G-Zero was first coined by political scientists Ian Bremmer and David F. Gordon.
