In 2000 Greg Giametta opened IK Multimedia US LLC with his partner from Modena Italy Enrico Iori and introduced Amplitube Live via Apple Computer's annual televised San Francisco conference where the ground breaking guitar amplifier emulation software was played on stage by Apple Senior Vice President of Worldwide Product Marketing and Audio Marketing, Mark Altekruse.
Greg Giametta went on to create the company AudioWarrior and is currently one of the most respected top-selling virtual instrument products manufacturers with 65 Pro-Audio high tech music software products distributed internationally. Grammy nominated Queensryche Drummer Scott Rockenfield and Greg Giametta joined forces to launch and fine tune Scott's new and now highly successful RockenWraps Drum Wraps company gaining corporate distribution throughout North America.
