Gradimir Trifunovic

Gradimir Trifunovic (born 1960 in Belgrade,Serbia)musician,songwriter and aranger is a drummer from Belgrade and was played in un numerous bands such as EKV,Meseceva Reka,Avenija and oders(active 1980-1994).He has recorded about 10 studio albums including live recordings and demo tracks.
Early life
He began playing at 12 age when he moved from town Jasa Tomic to Belgrade.When he was in prime school,he saw a picture hanging on a wall in some pub.It was Simone Philip's photo.Gradas most influental drummers where him,Nicko McBrian and many others.He finished faculty in Belgrade and he has diplome for ingenering.At the time he couldn't work the job he speciollized so he joined to his dads company.
EKV
When he was working with his band,at the time Meseceva Reka,in a club he met a young man that had some different opinion of music.That was Milan Mladenovic,a singer of a local band Katarina II.He asked if he would go with him to the studio and take some exercises.The next day Grada went with Milan to his place to meet other musicians in the band.At the time,Milan had losed his drummer in band becouse of his constant fights with others.Margita Stefanovic were a bit scepticall about him joined in band,but releshenship beetwin them had began to change.They recorded a few studio albums and they went on a tour across Serbia.It was then that Grada felt it was time to go and continue with his solo work.
The 1990s
He got married and got a son named Alexander,and he dedicated most of his solo songs to him.He finished working with EKV and start a new band called AVENIJA.He and his good friend Goran Sandev where disscusing about what music would play this band.Goran Wanted to play some heavy metal but Grada didn't agree with him because he wanted something softer.In the end they agreed to form a soft-rock band with Toto and Chicago influental.The vocal,Zoran Zec had a outstanding voice for rock songs and he was in the band allong with Aca Petrovic on keyboards and Milos Bobic on bass.
