Grace Chinga was a Malawian song writer, singer and vocalist who died in March 2016. The artist was born on 28th June 1978.The Gospel icon Chinga died suddenly on wednesday 16 th March,2016 at Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital in Blantyre. She had four musical albums to her credit. Her debut album was titled Uleke which was followed the Thandizo Langa, produced in 2004, which made her to rise to fame. Chinga released her third collection titled Udzayimba Nyimbo in 2009. Grace's fourth studio album was titled Esther and was released in 2016. Musical Career She needs no introduction in the Malawian gospel circles. Grace had been around since 1998 when she was the leading voice of the first album for the now disbanded gospel group, All Angels Choir. This was the album that had one of the most famous gospel songs in Malawi, ‘Uleke’.
