GOTChA chart

A GOTChA chart is a variation of a "quad chart" where a chart is divided into four quadrants: * Goals * Objectives * Technical challenges * Approach Goals Describe what you are trying to accomplish as simply as possible. Do not use jargon and try to tie the goals to that of a large project/program or effort to provide context. Objectives List specific tasks that will need to be accomplished to meet your goals. Try to use specific numbers/dates whenever possible. Technical challenges Catalog any problems that you expect when accomplishing your objectives. Also categorize any "known unknowns" you might have. Approach Describe how you are going to proceed with resolving any technical challenges to reach your goals. Address all of the known issues. |
