Golden Fox Footwear, originally known as Alp Footwear, is a work boot company based in Ontario, California. In the early 70's, the company began with the concept of producing enduring work boots supplying to small local businesses and workers around the area. Within 40 years, Golden Fox has expanded into larger retail stores supplying to workers across the globe with subsidiaries such as King Rocks. Today, they continue to make boots using traditional methods of shoemaking, applying Goodyear welt and genuine leathers across their entire line of work shoes.
Products
Golden Fox primarily makes work boots designed for industrial, construction, and mechanical workers by providing rubber and polyurethane compound soles that are acid and oil resistant. Each steel-toe boot is compliant to meet both national and California state regulations in ASTM F 2413 M/I -75/C-75 protective footwear standards for work boots.
As work environments change, the company begins to design different styles to fit the lifestyles of professions. A variety of footwear Golden Fox also produces are boondockers, chukkas, oxfords, outdoor and hiking boots, wellingtons, and moccasin toe work boots. Though the company's products were made for work, over the years their boots have been found to be worn for fashion and casual attire.
