GM Capital or Garza Mercado Capital is a Mexican company of real estate development located at San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León; founded by the brothers Marco Antonio, Benjamín and Valentina Garza Mercado in 2014. The three brothers are sons of the architect Eudelio Garza Lozano. Some of their works are the residential complex Magma Towers, Fuentes and Bosques, and various commercial real estate complexes such as La Aurora, Main Entrance and Plaza Fiesta Anáhuac. Now they are building Distrito Armida, a complex of departments, offices, commercial zones and schools, using a zone of 600 thousands square meters of construction. History Eudelio Garza Lozano, father of the brothers Garza Mercado, led his own company, Grupo Inmobiliario Monterrey (GIM) with the help of his sons. Eudelio gave the leadership of the company to the oldest son, Eudelio Garza Mercado in 1994. When he died at 2011, the brothers tried to share between them the assets of the company, but that created a family conflict that ended with the foundation of GM Capital, led by Marco Antonio Garza Mercado.
