Global Gaming HQ, LLC is an American limited liability corporation, specializing in online gaming. The company runs a several online gaming fan sites, as well as some sites on graphic design and web coding. Although the company runs several websites, the company receives the most attention for its largest site, RuneHQ. Global Gaming HQ was founded in 2003 by Gene Rowe. Today, the company is run by five owners and a large support staff of managers and moderators. RuneHQ RuneHQ is the most popular RuneScape help site, in terms of page views (when compared to other RuneScape help sites on Alexa Internet), and Global Gaming HQ's largest site. The site has taken on the slogan of "Your Unfair RuneScape Advantage" for its selection of RuneScape guides and information. The RuneHQ Community Boards have over 87,084 registered members (as of January 26, 2008). RuneHQ is run by a team of volunteer staff. The site is managed by a team of site administrators and managers. In addition, forum moderators manage the forums, chat moderators manage the IRC chat, auction moderators manage the auction system, and registration moderators assist users with the the registration process. A team of site editors and price editors keep the site contant updated, and a FAQ team maintains the site's FAQ database. In addition, members submit content to be uploaded to the site. PwnHQ PwnHQ is Global Gaming HQ's "elite gaming clan and community." PwnHQ supports players of Star Wars Battlefront 2, America's Army, Halo, and Call of Duty 4. The members of PwnHQ communicate on the community forums, as well as on Teamspeak and the Global Gaming HQ Ventrilo server. MediaGraphixHQ MediaGraphixHQ - "your online canvas" - is Global Gaming HQ's media and graphic design forum, which targets users of Adobe Photoshop and the GIMP. Ventrilo Global Gaming HQ has its own Ventrilo server for member communication. The server is utilized by each of Global Gaming HQ's sites. The server became available to members only in January of 2008.
