Staples (born June 16, 1952), is an African American bishop of the Temple Of Praise (a religious institution, believed to be Christian) located in Greater Southeast, Washington, D.C. It is believed that Glen Staples has more than 14,000 members with several satellite organizations located throughout the Washington, D.C. area as well as nationally and internationally with religious organizations established in such countries as India and Africa. In November 2005, Dr. Staples was consecrated as bishop and presiding prelate of Temple Of Praise by Bishop T. D. Jakes. |
