Gil Matos, son of Cuban father and Dominican mother, is an independent sports writer and announcer, and television host. Personal Life Growing up in Massachusetts with three younger brothers, he developed a strong passion for politics, news, sports and music. In his free time he enjoys listening to jazz, salsa and old school rap. Professional Background Gil Matos attended Emerson College and received a B.S. in Broadcast Journalism. Gil served as host of Sus Deportes Radio, on 1330 AM, with Greg Molina and Cesar Doza, until the show finale on November of 2008. He is currently a host in the local programming of Boston Latino TV. |
