History
GetMyHomesValue.com was founded in 2003 and launched online in 2004, spurred when a company on the west coast proposed buying online real estate leads to Conklin and Wilfong.

The company began as an exclusive lead generation service for realtors with no start-up venture capital. GetMyHomesValue had a major initial obstacle to overcome: GetMyHomesValue was able to generate leads from all over the United States - but the two realtors only serviced Lancaster County, Pennsylvania and its surrounding areas. The company's subscription-based lead generation service was quickly introduced to meet consumer demand.

GetMyHomesValue proved financially successful in its first year, grossing over $360,000 (USD) in 2004. In 2005, GetMyHomesValue earned over $2.5 million (USD); in 2006, $3.6 million (USD). At the end of 2006, Central Penn Business Journal recognized GetMyHomesValue's success by awarding them "Emerging Business of the Year."

In 2007, GetMyHomesValue began a transition from being solely a lead generation service to turning into a comprehensive internet marketing service for realtors. Available to realtors for the first time in August 2007, the suite of internet marketing services GetMyHomesValue provided dramatically increased client retention rates.

In August 2008, GetMyHomesValue was to be ranked in Inc. Magazine's annual list of the 500 fastest growing privately held companies in the United States.
