Gerry (Gerhard) Mayer (born August 3, 1960 in Lustenau) is an Austrian sculptor. Today, he lives and works in the village Dünserberg. Biography Mayer graduated at the School of Engineering Bregenz in Vorarlberg, Austria. Since 1976, he made sketches and sculptures, mainly in bronze, but also in steel, raku and various other materials. Between 1985 and 1997, Mayer performed theme-specific art studies in North and South America, Asia, and Europe. Since 2005, he conduct seminars at the Academy Stift Geras and Art Factory Vienna.
