Garret Kramer

Garret Kramer is the founder and managing partner of Inner Sports, LLC, a mental performance company headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey. Kramer is the author of Stillpower: The Inner Source of Athletic Excellence which details the states of mind necessary for contentment and success on and off the playing field.
Biography
Kramer graduated from the Montclair Kimberley Academy in Montclair, New Jersey. After graduation he entered , in Clinton, New York where in 1984 he received a Bachelor’s degree. During his time at Hamilton, Kramer played collegiate hockey for the Hamilton Continentals competing in the (NESCAC) New England Small College Athletic Conference. Upon completion of his degree, after a brief career in the real estate business, Kramer founded Inner Sports LLC, developing consulting and coaching services based on athletic assessment and mentoring. This has led to providing assistance to numerous amateur and professional athletes, including Zach Parise of the New Jersey Devils.
Professional achievements
As a sports consultant and published author Kramer is often asked to comment on sports stories that relate to the mental preparedness of athletes. Publications such as Sports Illustrated, The Wall Street Journal, and New York Times have referenced his opinions on sports psychology. Kramer is a featured and frequent contributor to sports talk radio and television shows on WFAN in New York, ESPN Radio, , CBS Radio Network, Fox and CTV Television Network.
Other professional pursuits
Kramer also conducts seminars on college campuses and to corporate executives on his unique approach to performance and success.
