Gareth Cooke 10th April, 1984.He has played for a number of Sunday League Clubs.

Biography
Gareth Cooke grew up in Barnsley playing football since the age of 5, at the age of 7 he started playing local football for a team in Darton. It wasn't until he was 13, that he moved to Redfearns Junior, after 1 month of playing there he was scouted for the Barnsley School Boys F.A. He since got the chance to train with Blackburn Rovers F.C. Thats where he found his footsteps and developed to play on the right hand side of midfield but his prefered position is Right Back. Soon after 12 month he got realeased from the trialing period, and went mainly back to 5-a-side football were he stood out in crowd, when he played there he was later spotted by Luton Town there he was signed on mainly for his abilty to pick a pass out from nothing, he was released from Luton in 2005, then he played for Sunday League Side Worsborough Bridge until played there until late 2007.

Personal Life
Gareth Cooke since the age of 13 has been with, Elenor Jane, and has since recently had there first child. They was married in 2007.

Playing Style
This very versatile player can play anywhere accross the back line and anywhere in midfield, this makes him different and he can adapt well to playing upfront, he has a great crossing technique, and can put a great ball in from anywhere on the pitch.
